Take 1 tablet once or twice daily.

2. Jeena Sikho Organics Pet Yakrit Pleeha Kit:

  • For adults, take ½ to 1 teaspoon (2-2.5 g) of granules.
  • Add ½ cup of lukewarm water to it.
  • Eat before bed for 6 days.
  • Instead of granules, take 30 ml of Liver Shudhi Shot before bed on the 7th day.
  • Do not take granules on the same day as the shot.
  • On the 8th day, resume your routine.
  • This whole program lasts for 28 days.
