How to Use

1. Jeena Sikho Organics Dr. Liver:

Take 1 tablet once or twice daily.

2. Jeena Sikho Organics Pet Yakrit Pleeha Kit:

For adults, take ½ to 1 teaspoon (2-2.5 g) of granules.
Add ½ cup of lukewarm water to it.
Eat before bed for 6 days.
Instead of granules, take 30 ml of Liver Shudhi Shot before bed on the 7th day.
Do not take granules on the same day as the shot.
On the 8th day, resume your routine.
This whole program lasts for 28 days.

3. Jeena Sikho Organics Shuddhi Dr. Madhu Care:

Take 1 tablet one-two times a day.

4. Jeena Sikho Acharya Manish Ji Shudh Shilajit:
Consume 1 to 2 capsules daily with lukewarm water after meals.
