Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, contact us at care@jeeenasikho.com, and we will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product. Once processed, you may choose to receive a refund or store credit, as per your preference.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Refundable Items: For health and safety reasons, Ayurvedic supplements, consumable products (e.g., herbal powders, oils), and personalized or customized products are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective upon delivery.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after the processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done so and still have not received your refund, contact us at care@jeeenasikho.com.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for products that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at care@jeeenasikho.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, please return the product in its original condition. After we process the return, we will send you a replacement product.
