Shipping Charges
We don’t charge additional shipping charges for within-India orders for orders above Rs 1000. However, in case of COD orders, there may be fixed COD charges of Rs 50. Also, please note the shipping policy may update from time to time, and in all scenarios the prevailing shipping policy will be applicable.

Order Dispatch & Delivery
Most orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing an order. And usually most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. However, in case of remote areas the order delivery may take additional time. The order is delivered at the address entered by the buyer at the time of placing an order. No address change requests are accepted.

What if the product received is in damaged state?
If you receive the product in a damaged state, or if you think the packaging has been tampered with – you can return the package to the delivery person. Also, you must inform us on call or via email. support@store.shuddhi.com. We assure that you get the right and timely replacement of the ordered product.
