  1. Ensure the application area is clean and completely dry before use.
  2. Gently peel off the transparent film along the S-shaped cut in the centre.
  3. Place the exposed adhesive on the affected area and remove the remaining film from both sides.
  4. Press the edges lightly to ensure proper adhesion.
  5. Apply 1 to 2 patches a day. Each patch is for single use only and should not be reused.
  6. If applied on hair, remove using hot water.
