Jeena Sikho Hridya Amrit is an Ayurvedic proprietary medicine in arishta form, made for people who prefer a traditional approach to heart wellness and vitality assistance.

The formula includes Arjuna, Punarnava, Brahmi, Pushkaramoola, Gulab, Ashwagandha, Dhatki, Shunthi, Harad, Bibhitaki, Amalaki, Chitrak, Maricha, Pippali, and Vidanga, along with jaggery as the base. A prakshhepa dravya blend of Gulab, Jatamansi, Tagar, Chhoti Elaichi, Nagresor, Vanshlochan, Dalchini, Tejpatta, Lavang, and Jaiphal is added in the traditional way.

It comes in a 500 ml bottle. Take it in the morning and evening, shaking the bottle well before each use.
