1. For adults, take ½ to 1 teaspoon (2–2.5 grams) of granules.
   
2. Mix with ½ cup of lukewarm water.
   
3. Consume before bedtime for six days.
   
4. On the seventh day, instead of granules, take 30 ml of Liver Shuddhi Shot before bedtime.
   
5. Do not take granules and the shot on the same day.
   
6. From the eighth day, continue with your normal daily routine.
