Super Urja- Take 1–2 tablets twice daily after meals or as directed by an Ayurvedic expert.

Pet Shuddhi Kit- Adults- Take ½ teaspoon of granules with half a glass of lukewarm water before bedtime for 6 days.

Take 30 ml of Liver Shuddhi Shot at bedtime once a week (preferably every 7th day).

Do not take granules on the same day. 
From the 8th day, the same schedule can be followed. This comprehensive package is designed for a 28-day duration or follow directions from your Ayurvedic practitioner. 

Shilajit- Take one capsule of shuddh shilajit twice daily, after meals with lukewarm water or milk, or as directed by your physician.

Paurush oil- Apply 1-2 ml of oil externally on the affected area and massage gently once a day or as directed by the physician.
